Seven Points of Mind Training
Clive has been involved with Samye Ling for over twenty years, where he has received teachings from the most eminent lamas.
He has completed one year of retreat, edits teachings and lectures for publication and has led many meditation courses at Samye
Ling and associated centres.
The Seven Points of Mind Training is a renowned and effective way of following the bodhisattva path. In his
commentary, 'The Cood Vase of Nectar, the Profound Meaning of the Oral Instruction on the Mahayana Seven Points of Mind Training'
the 19th century master Zhechen Gyaltsab presents this classical training in a direct and complete way. His teachings are particularly
relevant today, when much contemporary culture focuses on the self and encourages us to waste our precious human lives on trivia,
as they offer the alternative approach of learning to live for the benefit of others and thereby finding our own fulfilment.
