Ani Rinchen Khandro is a life ordained Buddhist nun who recently completed a three and a half year retreat. She is also an experienced practitioner of Tai Chi /Qigong, which she has taught since 1988. This course will use meditation in both movement and stillness. Relaxing and energising body and mind by alternating simple yet powerful Qigong exercises with sitting and walking meditations we learn to focus our physical and mental being into an integrated whole. With regular practice this will decrease stress, increase energy and lead to a healthy body and peaceful mind. Rinchen will present a series of Qigong exercises which direct healing and nourishing energy to all the major internal organs.
She will also teach a variety of meditation techniques which help to calm and clear the mind. There will also be time for questions and discussion. This course is suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothes.
